Claudia De Jesus
Claudia De Jesus is a senior majoring in Finance at the Muma College of Business, originally from Hatillo, Puerto Rico. Since joining Phi Chi Theta during her freshman year, Claudia has been involved in the organization’s growth and impact. Her leadership journey within the chapter includes serving as Fundraising Chair, Secretary, Vice President of Internal Affairs, and now, President. Through each role, Claudia has remained committed to fostering a culture of professionalism, philanthropy, and genuine community. She credits much of her development to the impact of mentorship and the shared ambition of her peers, which inspired her to lead with purpose and vision. Claudia is deeply passionate about Phi Chi Theta and the lifelong connections it has created. As she prepares for graduation, she remains dedicated to supporting the chapter’s continued success and inspiring the next generation of business leaders.
Eric Torres
Eric Torres is a senior from Orlando, Florida studying Personal Financial Planning at USF. As a proud Puerto Rican student, he found confidence in embracing what made him different—Founding both Mu Nu Upsilon (MNY) and the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA)chapter at USF to uplift diverse voices. Through Phi Chi Theta, Eric developed professionally and connected with driven individuals who inspired him to grow. His time in PCT has been instrumental in shaping his leadership journey, leading to internships with PwC, a full-time offer in consulting, and lasting impact on campus.
Amber Woolverton
Amber Woolverton is a senior at the Muma College of Business, majoring in Global Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Spanish. Originally from Oviedo, Florida, she joined Phi Chi Theta in her sophomore year and has grown through the organization’s strong emphasis on professionalism, mentorship, and community. After developing key skills through workshops and networking events, she later became a mentor herself, guiding new members as they began their own journeys. Amber’s passion for marketing has led her to five marketing-related internships throughout her undergraduate studies, each one enriching her experience in the field. She credits much of her personal and professional growth to the support and encouragement of her Phi Chi Theta peers. As she prepares to graduate, Amber remains dedicated to Phi Chi Theta’s legacy and looks forward to pursuing a career in international marketing.
Justin Kwitchoff
Justin Kwitchoff is a senior Finance major originally from northern Virginia. He joined PCT during his freshman fall semester and has been actively involved in the community ever since. He has taken on multiple leadership roles during his time with PCT, first as the Professional Development Chair and most recently as President. PCT has provided the balanced community Justin sought when arriving at college, and he is grateful for the profound connections he has forged with the chapter's motivated, high-character members and alumni. Justin plans to remain involved with PCT through the remainder of his time at USF and beyond graduation, and hopes to mentor and inspire future members and alumni to remain engaged and continue building the next generation of leaders through PCT.
Nicolas Castillo
Nicolas Castillo is an international student from Cartagena, Colombia who recently started his journey at USF to continue pursuing his studies in Finance. During his short time at PCT, he has truly felt the impact it has made on his professional career. The people at PCT have been instrumental in helping him achieve this honor. Being surrounded by highly motivated individuals pushed him to pursue new goals. Additionally, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and different fields of study within business has opened his mind to hearing different opinions. Without a doubt, during his time at USF, being part of PCT has left a lasting mark and helped him achieve recognitions like this one.
